Before we were a technology group and computer repair shop, we were on the other side of the counter, just like you.  We haven’t forgotten how we like (and don’t like) to be treated. It’s something we keep in mind every day.

We’re a service-based boutique shop. Not a retail store.

This means we won’t be pushing products on you and wasting your time. Instead, we’ll be focused on the work.

It also means the technician you shake hands with when you walk in the door will be the one shaking your hand when your problem is solved. We obsess over one-on-one support.
